COL FB: Alabama 44, Tennessee 13

AJ McCarron threw for a career-best 306 yards and launched four scoring passes Saturday, powering top-ranked Alabama to a 44-13 rout of Tennessee.

McCarron completed 17-of-22 passes, while T.J. Yeldon picked up 129 rushing yards with two scores for the Crimson Tide (7-0, 4-0 SEC).

Amari Cooper was McCarron’s favorite target, collecting seven passes for 162 yards and two scores.

The Volunteers (3-4, 0-4) lost their third straight game as Tyler Bray (13-of-27, 184 yards) was picked off twice.
